Biscoff Pancakes
Want a dish that looks fancy but can be whipped up with minimal time and effort – we’ve got you covered! This pancake recipe combines the crunchiness and warmth of biscoff biscuits with fluffy whipped cream and banana. One bite and you’ll understand why it’s a Marcel’s fan favourite!
Ingredients
Serves 2
3 x biscoff biscuits
Biscoff Spread
1 banana, sliced on the diagonal
1 x packet Marcel’s Happy Pancakes
Whipped cream
Method
Crush one of the biscoff biscuits into crumbs. You can do this with a mortar and pestle or put the biscuit into a small plastic bag and bash it with a rolling pin. Spread some biscoff spread on the side of two small plates, top with banana slices and a sprinkle of the biscoff crumbs. Stack three pancakes onto each plate. Thin down some biscoff spread with boiling water and drizzle over the top of the pancakes. Top with whipped cream, then put a biscuit on top of each followed by another sprinkling of crumbs.
