Ingredients
Serves 4
4 x Marcel’s Plain or Gluten Free Crepes
200g cheese, coarsely grated
8 slices ham
4 eggs, fried to your liking
Parsley to garnish
Chutney to serve
Method
Pre-heat the grill to high. Lay the crepes on a baking tray and scatter over the cheese, saving some to scatter on the top once finished. Grill until bubbly and golden. Remove from the oven, put the ham on the edge of the crepe, top with the egg then fold into quarters. Scatter the remaining cheese on the top and then grill again until golden. If you don’t want your egg yolk to go cloudy, remove it before grilling then add back in again before serving. Serve garnished with parsley, with a little dish of chutney.
